Leolux aims to deliver its products in perfect condition. But things can always go wrong. If they do, we’d like to put things right for you. You can make a service request or submit a complaint in several ways:

  • Via our service website.

Be sure to have your product number to hand. You can find this on the warranty card that came with your delivery or on the sticker attached to the underside of the furniture.

Yes, it is. It’s also possible to have tables revarnished. Ask your dealer about it or fill in the online service form. Be sure to have your product number to hand. You can find this on the warranty card that came with your delivery or on the sticker attached to the underside of your furniture.

Creasing is unavoidable with Leolux products because of their design and their emphasis on comfort. Some models look pristine at first, but show creasing over time as the signs of use become more apparent. Click here for more details.

Leather is a natural product, and needs to be kept in the right conditions, with adequate humidity. It must also be properly maintained – but overdoing this can also damage it. Here’s some important tips:

  • Use a soft cloth to clean leather

  • Mop up spillages as soon as they occur

  • Don’t rub too vigorously in one place, or the leather will become shiny

  • Make sure your room isn’t too dry

  • Keep furniture out of direct sunlight

Dirt and dust can damage fabric, so vacuum your furniture regularly using the appropriate attachment.

How to deal with spillages:

  • Think carefully before you act. If in doubt, it’s better to do nothing than get it wrong

  • Start by removing as much solid residue as possible with a spoon

  • Place a damp teacloth on the spillage, and leave it for a while

  • If the teacloth becomes saturated, replace it with another one until the cloths have no effect

  • If there are any marks left after this, let them dry thoroughly and then treat them as stubborn stains

Maintenance

Your valuable Leolux furniture will remain beautiful for longer when you take appropriate care of it. Want to know all about daily maintenance, spring cleaning and what you should do in the case of minor accidents?

Re-upholstering

If you’ve had your Leolux furniture for some time and you think it’s time for a new look, then re-upholstering is certainly worth considering. Then you don’t need to say goodbye to your ‘old’ Leolux furniture, but still get an as-new sofa or armchair with fresh new upholstery. And it’s also much more sustainable than purchasing a completely new sofa. For that reason alone, we’re great fans.

Crease formation

We often receive questions about crease formation in sofa or armchair upholstery. Crease formation is part of the comfort of our furniture, which means it’s not something that can be prevented. But we can understand that you would like to know more about how much crease formation is acceptable. Here you can find more explanation and answers to frequently asked questions.
