Roy de Scheemaker

(The Netherlands, 1960)

With his Pallone design, Roy de Scheemaker established his name as a designer of special products. During his study at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Utrecht, he worked as a freelance interior designer and when he completed his study, was employed by Mazaïrac/Boonzaaijer design bureau. In 1995, he started his own Studio, Roy de Scheemaker,with which he won an award for the design of a bathroom in 2002.
